Established in 1980, RMC was one of the first companies in the UK to specialise in the provision of risk management services. Our independent status allows us to give impartial advice, through a team of over eighty professionally qualified scientists and engineers. We have the capacity and management experience to form multidisciplinary project teams to meet all client requirements, and can also supply staff for secondment at client offices.

We have a well-established training and development programme that links all our technical and support staff into a continuous improvement programme to grow technical skills, management skills, and professional accreditations. We actively recruit staff at all levels and commit to developing them into professional consultants able to satisfy clients' needs and to help grow our business.

RMC is a member of the Nuclear Industry Association, the Safety and Reliability Society and the Association for Project Management as well as having links with key chartered institutes.

Recognition of what we do is important, and we actively use recognition frameworks as tools to help us improve our business continuously. Our quality management system has been certified under ISO 9001 since 1996; and we have been recognised as Investors in People (IiP) since 2003.
