- Review of uncertainty and bias in QRA for offshore safety cases for the Health & Safety Executive
- SIL requirements determination and SIL assessment for offshore Oil & Gas Platform Emergency Shutdown, Fire & Gas and High Integrity Over-Pressurisation Protection Systems (HIPPS)
- Reliability analyses including HIPPS and production piping system
- Decommissioning studies for an oil terminal
- Provision of a HAZOP chairman for facilities including underground gas storage facilities and a crude oil tank farm.
